INTERIOR PAINTING · VILLAS & APARTMENTS
Interior painting in Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
Our painting team refreshes interiors in villas and apartments, from individual rooms to a whole home. Tell us which walls, ceilings and details need attention, and whether the property is occupied. We can then discuss the preparation, finish and working arrangements for your project.

Start room by room
List the rooms and distinguish walls from ceilings. Add stairwells, doors, skirting, frames and fitted furniture separately if they are part of your plans. A whole-property request becomes easier to price when each surface has a clear place in the scope.
The calculator uses paintable surface area. If you only know the apartment's floor area, send that as background information and say that wall and ceiling measurements still need confirming. Photos or a simple room list can help prepare for a visit.
Look closely before choosing the colour
Small holes, uneven repairs, cracks, stains, peeling coatings and textured walls can require different preparation. Mention any recent leaks or recurring marks. Painting over a symptom does not establish that its cause has been resolved.
Discuss the level of finish you want, particularly where strong daylight reveals imperfections. Filling small defects, smoothing entire walls and removing gotelé are different scopes and should be described separately in the quote.
Match the finish to the room
Colour, sheen and the way a room is used help guide material selection. A hallway, bedroom ceiling and bathroom may have different requirements. Agree the product and colour reference, and check physical samples in the property's own light.
Changing from a strong colour to a pale finish, or choosing a specialist coating, can affect preparation and the number of applications. These details should be reviewed before a price or completion date is confirmed.
Make space for the work
Let us know whether the property will be empty, occupied or between guests. Furniture, valuables, curtains and daily access all affect the work sequence. Agree who will move items and what protection is included.
- Identify rooms that must remain usable during the work.
- Discuss keys, parking, building access and permitted working hours.
- Allow for product drying requirements when planning room use and handover.
Know what the quote covers
An indicative calculator result helps start the conversation. The written quote should confirm rooms and surfaces, preparation, products, colours, protection, exclusions, tax treatment and timing. Agree how additional work will be approved and how the finish will be checked at handover.
Questions before you start
Do I need to repaint every room?
You can request selected rooms or surfaces. Describe the areas that need attention. Local touch-ups may differ from the existing finish, so colour matching and the extent of repainting need to be discussed.
Can the property stay occupied?
Tell us which rooms you need to use and who will be present. The work sequence, access, ventilation and drying requirements need to be considered before confirming arrangements.
Does the price include doors and ceilings?
Only the surfaces listed in your written quote are included. Add ceilings, doors, frames and other details to your enquiry so they can be assessed and priced explicitly.
Tell us what needs painting
